Bazhou City Tianda Gas Spring Factory, founded in 1998, is an integrated enterprise combining R&D, manufacturing and trade. There are more than 280 employees, 50 among them are R&D staff.
Main product of our company is ground screw. We produce with the most advanced equipments and we are leading the field both in the quality of products and production capacity all over the country. The fully automatic production line, including pipe cutting, pipe shrinkage and welding, ensures the unity and standardization of all the products. Each of the automatic pipe cutting machines can cut 30,000 pieces per day. The capacity of one automatic pipe shrinkage machine reaches 8000 pieces. The advanced equipments such as automatic welding robots, automatic helical blade welding machines and automatic blade winding machines are all imported from Japan. With our first-class technique and advanced equipments, we provide high-quality products for domestic and abroad customers. Our ground screws have been sold to many foreign countries including Russia, Italy, USA, Japan, Australia and etc.
